About this course
This module is designed to create awareness of the rights and responsibilities regarding the right of entry (ROE) and equip participants with the skills and knowledge needed to effectively prepare for and manage a right of entry. It gives leaders responsible for managing a site or workplace an overview of the fundamentals involved in the legal and practical considerations of a right of entry. Learning objectives: - understand the legislation relating to union rights of entry - distinguish between the different types of rights of entry available under the Act - manage risks associated with practical site considerations - identify practical strategies to manage risks related to the right of entry - recognise the rights and responsibilities of all parties - utilise skills to prepare for and manage rights of entry effectively.
